Fear can knock your socks off. But if we push through it, we can get to a place of confidence. I experienced this at every workshop or presentation I lead. All those eyes on me 👀 and ears listening to my every word! Totally nerve wracking😁. But once you start and get into your flow, the fear transforms into excitement. You feel alive!
Today's monday motivation is to stretch yourself out of your comfort zone. Do something that scares you. It could be big or small, but just push yourself. Get in the practice of taking risks and big leaps. This is how we grow!
