Monday's are tough! We're still in weekend mode but our list is long with things to do. Let's help each other make the transition a little bit easier. On Mondays, I will share a tip or trick I use to help me ease into the week. Hope it inspires you to take action and jumpstart into your day.
The week hasn't even started and I already feel like I am spinning my wheels. Does this sound familiar? I hate that hamster in a wheel feeling and my strategy to combat that "fly by the seat of your pants" mood is to block off time in my calendar. My business besties reminded me how important this step is in our work week. Fight the overwhelm by booking some time with yourself.
Create windows of time for breathing room. Block off your schedule so that you have time to slow down, catch-up and think. This is when we can be strategic for our businesses and not just task masters. This is when we can make sure everything we are doing matches up with our mission, our movement and our overall message. This is when our creativity can spark and we feel inspired.
So, book a coffee date with YOU! Open up that journal and brain dump. Write out your thoughts on post its. Meditate. Do whatever floats your boat but make sure to put it in your calendar. Because we all know, if it's not scheduled, it's not going to happen.
